When the weather is warm, breakfast and dinner are served on the wonderful and unique outdoor terrace. The dishes from the land and sea by Chef Giancarlo Lo Giudice offer the perfect balance between the local gastronomic tradition and innovation, the latter coming as the result of study and research carried out by the Chef. Most of the vegetables and other fresh ingredients utilised come from the Relais garden or from local producers. The refined and light cuisine blends perfectly with the well-being inspired by our Spa.

Breakfast is the most important moment of the day, that is why a rich and inviting buffet will welcome you every day: home-made fine pastries, bread baked in the typical wood-fired oven, fresh fruit, and local jams and honey. Francesco, the absolute star of our pastry shop, makes fresh, fragrant cakes and pastries every day!

Tarts, leavened products and other delicacies, made according to the ancient traditional recipes of the Campania region, enrich the breakfast buffet and are a real treat for the eyes and for the palate.

Thanks to the homemade methods used and slow leavening, the cakes and pastries are light and tasty and their fragrance, which fills the air all around, is the sweetest way to say “good morning”.
