Ischia's varied culinary culture inspires all our restaurants through the ingredients that the season and the territory offer us. "Il Corbezzolo", traditional cuisine with a preference for fresh fish and local meat; "Il Mirto", vegetarian fine dining, looks out onto its own organic garden: it doesn’t get more locally-grown than that!
